December 2013

  • SB143 creates the Oklahoma 24/7 Sobriety and Drug Monitoring Program Act, which would allow a court to require an individual who has been convicted of an alcohol-related crime to abstain from alcohol and be subject to testing to determine the presence of alcohol.

August 2010

The Governor signed the Aaron Gillming Act, which requires that DUI offenders be evaluated and assessed prior to sentencing and mandates that courts require them to undergo all recommended treatment as a condition of any sentence the court imposes.
